We have developed a new concept to discuss options for succession. We have termed this concept Table for 4 (Tf4). This discussion group is an exclusive opportunity to have dialogue with select practice owners and myself.
Have you considered what offering price your practice could yield? As development leaders with CAPNA, we present a means to continue your practice legacy. During this discussion, we would explore financial options for future plans with CAPNA, other options that exist with your present associates, or with an aggregator.
Why CAPNA? CAPNA is ‘For Veterinarians, By Veterinarians’. CAPNA’s leadership is comprised of practicing DVM’s and consultants (myself), with over 140 years of combined veterinary management practice experience. Our President, VP of Operations, Medical & Surgical Director, and VP of Vendor Relations are licensed doctors of Veterinary Medicine. Find out more under our Leadership section in the About Us tab.
During this discussion, we may find that CAPNA is not the right answer for you or your practice. Maybe no assimilation solution is best. Practice owners, associates, and staff all differ in sustainability and culture. In our Tf4 gathering, we will openly and freely explore all options with all potential purchasers.
Having worked with veterinary practice owners for over four decades as a CPA and consultant, I believe the CAPNA leadership group understands that maintaining integrity and culture of your practice is of the utmost importance.
I will be attending the VMX in Orlando, Florida in January. I will also be at the WVC in Las Vegas, NV in February.
I would like the opportunity to speak with you and other owners on how you can achieve your retirement goals.
Give our office a call to be added on the dinner reservation. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss our practice group with you.
Space is limited, if you would like to meet, please give my office a call and secure a spot (904) 518-5158 or you can email me at Owen.McCafferty@capna.com with your name and contact information.
I look forward to a great discussion.
