Accreditation

All programs are accredited by the Collegiate Commission on Nursing Education (CCNE)and the New York State Education Department. The Nurse Midwifery program is accredited by the American College of Nurse Midwives; the Nurse Anesthesia program is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program is approved by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. The Women’s Health and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner programs are approved by the National Certification Corporation. The School is certified as an American Nurse Credentialing Center provider for continuing education. It is a member American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Columbia University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
