Students that enter Columbia University come from diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds. We offer various programs that all lead to advance practice nursing in clinical or research concentrations. Our Combined BS/MS Accelerated (ETP) Program offers non-nursing college graduates the opportunity to enter advance practice nursing right after college or after several years in the workforce. Registered Nurses with a Bachelor's degree have over ten different specialties with various subspecialty concentrations to select in our Masters and Certificate Nurse Practitioner Programs. The doctoral program grants a PhD in Nursing degree and Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
