The CAPNA Mentorship Program has been developed to assist young veterinarians to make a successful transition to clinical veterinary practice during their first year at a CAPNA hospital.
It is CAPNA’s belief that the best medicine and surgery begin with the hiring of exceptional people who want to always improve and care enough to do their best. The cultures of CAPNA hospitals promote good communication and cooperative interaction between veterinarians at all experience levels through the structured clinical discussions of cases.
