Developing Future Leaders

One of the keystone programs of CAPNA is our Distinguished Associate Program.  

Associates in a practice are identified as having the potential leadership skills and acumen necessary to become our future Hospital Directors with the appropriate mentorship. Programs on leadership, exam room techniques, conflict resolution, public speaking, and finance are a few of the areas of development for which they are exposed through the Distinguished Associate programs.  

The programs are interactive, thought provoking and relevant to their future roles.  The DA program has been given high marks by the attendees, creating positive change in their personal lives as well as the practice culture.
